Gemini Homes Mackay are an absolute pleasure to work with! We built our first home with them & moved in beginning of July 2013. Our budget was quite tight when we approached them with our request for a house & they worked with us to find us something that would suit our budget as well as our future needs. They even had suggestions on where to save costs. We were even able to do some house layout adjustments to better suit our block. For the actual building of the house, they took exactly how long they said they would, despite delays caused by the development & weather. During the whole process, they kept us informed of the progress & were happy to answer any questions we had. The colour selection process was easy & no amendments were too difficult or too costly. And they worked hard to try to get us into our house a little early due to a family visit, without compromising quality. I would definitely recommend Gemini Homes as a quality & reliable builder in Mackay!

We have just built our first home with Gemini Homes and would like to share what a great experience it was. Our contact with Gemini started with Sharon at the Kerrisdale display home. As soon as I walked through the door to have a look at the house, Sharon made me feel welcome and building a house didn’t seem so scary. From there we met with Luke who was able to mould our own home design into something both practical and affordable. And then we met Cameron who gave us prompt responses to any of our queries with utmost patience. Katrina was ever helpful and very soft-spoken. She offered us honest feedback and extreme patience (we may have made a million variations).
