A bit about us
GRAHAM Stritzke
FOUNDER & DIRECTOR
I started Gemini Homes in 1994 right here in Mackay. I’ve been in the building industry since 1976. My initial trade was a Carpenter and Joiner. Prior to starting Gemini Homes, I was building in Mackay under my own name (G & D Stritzke Builders).
I recognised very early that Mackay was in need of quality building services. Mackay was a small town back then. Your reputation soon gets around if you are good. That’s why we adopted a policy of training apprentices (school based and adult) and encouraging associated trades to also take on apprentices.
As a result, I have some of the same tradespeople still working for us today, 20 years on. We have a collection of some of the best tradespeople in Mackay devoted to building to our very high standards. That’s why our building quality is second to none.
BRAD EVANS
PARTNER & DIRECTOR
Brad Evans has been with Gemini Homes since 2002 and has been an integral part of helping the company grow to be Mackay’s largest new home builder. He is also our designer and estimator. With his design experience you are in good hands, he can tailor any plan to suit your needs. Brad works closely with our sales staff to make any changes needed and oversees the contract and council approvals processes.
Katrina Cox
INTERIOR DESIGNER
Katrina will guide you in the decision-making process for the selections in your new home. Katrina understands that your new home is a big investment and deciding your fixtures, finishes and inclusions can be one of the most exciting parts of building, or, one of the most stressful. Using her experience and expertise choosing a beautiful interior is possible on any budget. From colours to flooring, kitchens and cabinetry, tiling and electrical plans, Katrinas product knowledge, passion for design and comfortable and easy manner will ensure you enjoy a stress free selections process and make the decisions that you will love living with for many years to come.
Marty Alldrick

Marty has been with Gemini Homes since 2019. Marty is a skilled tradesman with years of experience on the building site. He will keep you informed of your building progress all the way through your building construction.

Jeremy Stritzke
PRODUCTION MANAGER
Jeremy completed his carpenter apprenticeship with Gemini Homes, then moved down the coast taking his building knowledge with him to create his own building company. We were so excited to welcome him back to the Gemini team as our Production Manager in 2020. With his extensive building knowledge, he leads our production team to make sure our high standards are always met.
Ross Baker
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
Ross Baker comes with extensive experience in the day-to-day lives of his clients who are wishing to buy and sell in a busy Real estate market. Whether you are wishing to update, size down, have more room, or have luxury living, Ross can provide the solutions.
Ross’s early background entails many stories, from a sportive career to the Renovator to creative successful business skills in mortgage brokering, marketing, business development, and auctioneering. From this experience, he learned what the “do and don’ts” are when it comes to valuing your Assets or just having the natural talent to understand the Clients expectations.
Ross has been involved with Real Estate since the mid-’80s successfully and has seen the lows and highs throughout the years his knowledge can only provide a “No Cost-Benefit” to all Clients through strong business and financial acumen. Coupled with excellent interpersonal skills, where he can close deals and ensure win-win outcomes.

Murphy Cox

Last but certainly not least we have Murphy Cox our client liaison officer. She handles all of your inquiries during your build right through to your handover. With Murphy, you can be sure you will be looked after and all of your inquiries will be handled promptly. Murphy makes sure your handover is scheduled and you receive all of the necessary paperwork for your brand new home.
