The house design Norfolk 230 is the smaller version of our Norfolk 250 home. This home design is a four bedroom two bathroom plan including an en suite and walk in robe. Designed with families in mind the home features a study nook for those needing some quiet study time. Also including a separate media room perfect for those movie nights at home. Finally the open plan kitchen flows into the dining room which effortlessly connects to the outdoor alfresco entertaining area.
